We enjoy feeding the birds and observing all of the wildlife here in our backyard. We are observing and reporting on what we see.
Meet Steve and Elizabeth: We are just your average homeowners with an interest in all the happenings in our own backyard. We have been observing our local environment and we wanted to bring some of our observations to the Internet. We are interested in learning about ways that we can monitor our local populations of feeder birds, amphibians (toads, frogs, and lizards) and other animals like squirrels and rabbits. We also are interested in improving our landscaping both for our own enjoyment and to help our local wildlife populations. We are participants in Project Feederwatch. We are looking for a Citizen Science project to monitor and report on American Toad populations. We will be sharing our research here in the hopes that others will do the same.
