Quincy turns 1 year old today! It is amazing how far she has come. She is learning to come back so well. We still want to teach her to “Rollover”. We didn’t take any pictures on her one year birthday, but here are a couple in that time frame.
Snow and the First Mouse

We’ve had 5 – 7 inches of snowfall in addition to what is on the ground. Here is a picture of Quincy playing on the Snow Mounds Steve built her with the snowblower.
Rain, our friend Brian’s German Shepherd, here he is: 
and Quincy, found a mouse out by the stump near the bird feeders. There was a lot of snow on the ground. Rain could see it better, but Quincy could sniff it out of the snow. They ended up killing the mouse. Quincy was very proud. She wanted to carry it around the whole yard. Rain, of course was a little scared of it, I think.
